Electronic Submission and Review System (iRIS)
All items reviewed by SCRIHS are submitted electronically through iRIS (Integrated (Medical) Research Information System). iRIS is a web-based system created by the iMedRIS Data Corporation. It enables online submission, real-time submission tracking, review, post-approval compliance activities, and data management. The system also functions as a document repository providing investigators, SCRIHS staff and Committee members access to submission records and study documents.
If you do not have an iRIS account, click the "Request new account" inside the hyperlink provided above. It may take up to 24 hours to have account requests processed. Once they are processed, you will be sent log in information to the email address you provide when registering. Once logged into iRIS, users have access to a wide variety of guidance information and document templates. Those can be accessed by clicking the "Help" icon at the top, right of the iRIS home screen.
If you have questions or need assistance navigating iRIS, please call Gary Fifer at 217-545-7823 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
