Brenda Bridges, CNM Certified Nurse Midwife Certified Nurse Midwife Brenda Bridges received her undergraduate degree in Nursing at Millikin University in 1982. Her graduate degree was Masters of Science with emphasis on OB/GYN and Midwifery, this she obtained through University of Colorado Health Science Center, Denver, CO in 1994. She practiced Midwifery with an emphasis of empowerment through education and affirmation for women for 13 years in Eau Claire, WI. In this private practice experience she was affiliated with a sister hospital of St. John's and then was affiliated with a hospital in the Mayo Clinic System.
