Dr. Graham was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He attended the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University and completed his Family Medicine Residency at the Oregon Health & Sciences University in 1998. Dr. Graham spent one year on faculty at OHSU as Chief Resident while completing a Faculty Development Fellowship through the University of Washington. He then spent 5 years in private practice and teaching in the frontier-rural community of John Day, Oregon. He joined the faculty of the University of Colorado Family Medicine Residency in 2004. Dr. Graham returned to Springfield and the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in January 2008. Within the Department of Family & Community Medicine and as the Chief Medical Information Officer for the Memorial Health System Dr. Graham focuses upon his programmatic and research interests in quality improvement, information technology, evidence-based medicine and systems management. Dr. Graham’s clinical focus is on Women’s Health including procedures and surgical Obstetrics, and Pediatric care.
