What attracted you to this program?
"Everyone in the program from residents to faculty to staff members were very nice, very friendly. The program offers the opportunity for hands-on training and covers all the aspects of family medicine: OB,peds, geriatrics, and even home visits. The program covers it all."

What makes this residency unique?
Again this residency covers all the areas of Family Medicine. Also, the program offers advanced OB track so its really good for someone who wants to do OB in the future. This program prepares its' residents to be able to practice confidently after graduation.

What is living in Springfield like for you?
"Springfield is a very nice small town yet it is very close to big cities like Chicago, St. Loius and Indianapolis. It is affordable and people here are really friendly."

What are your future plans?
I'm interested in geriatrics and I'll do a geriatric fellowship.
