Assistant Professor & Coordinator - Physician Assistant Training Program


Cyndi was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in the suburban Chicago area. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Iowa and Sangamon State University. Cyndi went on to graduate school at the University of Illinois where she received her certified family nurse practitioner degree. She is hub-site coordinator for the Physician’s Assistant Program, but also chairs the Quality Assurance and Patient Education Committees for the program. In addition, she is a diabetic nurse educator and has been active in chronic disease management.
