What attracted you to this program?
There are many aspects of this program I admired when picking my residency. First, the facilities are modern with electronic medical records. Memorial Hospital and the Clinic are very well designed and have a plethora of resources available. Many of the electronic aspects of the hospital can be accessed remotely, which is a huge advantage when doing research or following up on your duties.

What makes this residency unique?
The faculty here are supportive and sincerely care about their residents. The program is very friendly, and spends a great deal of effort on education. It is a wonderful place to work.

What is living in Springfield like for you?
Springfield is a well-maintained city with a lot of history. I enjoy the thriving downtown, but also the high speed internet and modern mega-stores (Walmart, Sam's club, Lows) Springfield has to offer. It is a comfortable place to live with low crime and a small city feel.
