Protected Time

Protected time has been designed to guarantee a minimum amount of study time for the students. Protected time begins on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon after core conference and all day Sunday. If core conference has been cancelled for either of those days protected time starts at 5:30 PM (at the time conference would have ended). The exceptions are as follows: students on call on Saturday will start protected time after rounding on Sunday morning with the team and protected time does not occur after core conferences that have to be scheduled on days other than Tuesday or Thursday.
