Illinois Telecommunications Access Corporation
ITAC provides telecommunications access to people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Late Deafened, Speech-Disabled and Deaf-Blind.  They accomplish this by providing the Illinois Relay Service and issuing equipment that ranges from amplified telephones to Braille phones. 

Illinois Division of Rehabilitation Services
DORS works in partnership with people with disabilities and their families to assist them in making informed choices to achieve full community participation through employment, education, and independent living opportunities.

Illinois Assistive Technology Project
Illinois has a loan program specifically for people with disabilities. The ILoan Program makes loans to purchase assistive technology for daily living.
