Brief Bio



Dr. Jasmin McGinty is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery, specializing in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery.  Her practice includes the care of general pediatric orthopaedic conditions including fractures, sports injuries, clubfoot, and hip dysplasia, with special interest in the treatment of scoliosis and limb deformity.   

Dr. McGinty earned her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University and received both her medical degree and orthopaedic residency training at the University of Virginia.  Most recently she completed a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery at NYU/Hospital for Joint Diseases. 

Dr. McGinty is a member of several medical societies, including the Orthopaedic Research & Education Foundation, the Association of Women Surgeons and the National Medical Association.
