Facilities SIU Division of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation serves patients in two clinic locations. Our SIU adult Orthopaedics clinic is located in the Baylis Medical Building – Level 5, 747 N. Rutledge, at the corner of Rutledge and Miller Streets, directly west of Memorial Medical Center. Our SIU Pediatric Orthopaedics clinic is located at St. John’s Pavilion - Level 3, 301 N. 8th Street as part of the St. John’s Hospital campus.
