Surgical Skills Lab Workshops

SIU School of Medicine's Department of Surgery is hosting the 4th Surgical Skills Lab Workshop May 20-21, 2010.  An online registration form is attached for your convenience.  Interested participants should complete the registration form and e-mail or fax it to Susan Helm at shelm@siumed.edu or 217-545-2588 (fax).  Space is available for 30 participants.  The registration deadline is April 28, 2010.  If you have any questions regarding the course, please contact Hilary Sanfey at hsanfey @siumed.edu
