Brief Bio
Cynthia Bednarchik is an Advanced Practice Nurse in the Division of Urology at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2008 followed by her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2012. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Bednarchik practices many aspects of urology but specializes in the treatment of male sexual health including; sexual dysfunction, infertility, oncology fertility preservation, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, prostate disorders and incontinence. Prior to joining Southern Illinois University, Ms. Bednarchik worked as a registered nurse at St. John’s Hospital for 10 years. Ms. Bednarchik is a member of the Illinois Society of Advance Practice Nursing, Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates and Sexual Medicine Society of North America.
