Brief Biography
Dr. Loren Ost is an associate professor in the Division of Urology at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He specializes in reconstructive urology, female incontinence, neurogenic bladder management and general urology.

Dr. Ost completed his urology residency at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. He received his medical degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, and his bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. Dr. Ost was born in Chicago, Illinois.

Prior to joining SIU Healthcare, Dr. Ost was in private practice in Springfield. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the North Central Section of the American Urological Association and the American Association of Clinical Urologists. Dr. Ost is board certified in urology.
