In situ Staining for Dystrophin

Muscle tissue samples are stained with specific antibodies for dystrophin. From left to right, the panels represent normal muscle, muscle fibers from a patient with Beckers muscular dystrophy, and muscle fibers from a patient with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
