At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
• Make high quality, effective recommendations for HPV vaccination as cancer prevention for every 11- or 12-year- old patient.
• Assess HPV vaccine coverage for each provider in your practice and develop an office-wide strategy to improve it.
• Implement systems strategies to improve HPV vaccine coverage.
• Engage the entire practice, not just the healthcare providers, in committing to improve HPV vaccine coverage.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Sangamon County Medical Society, and the Illinois Department of Public Health – Office of Chronic Disease. The SIU School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
