What is the Nurse-Family Partnership?

The Nurse-Family Partnership is a national, evidence-based program that transforms the lives of families in our Springfield community. First-time moms are eligible for free help from a home-visiting nurse. The home-visiting nurses offer moms advice, support, and resources needed to have a healthy pregnancy, a healthy baby, and be a great mom.

Who can enroll in the Nurse-Family Partnership?

Eligibilities for this program include:

  • First-time pregnancy
  • Less than 29 weeks pregnant
  • Live within Springfield
  • Meet income requirements for WIC
