The Society for Asian Academic Surgeons has selected Roger H. Kim, MD, FACS, as a visiting professor for the 2019-2020 academic year. Kim will deliver the Peter and Meilin Wang SAAS Lectureship, endowed by Dr. Tom Wang, at Tulane University in New Orleans. 

Hypertension Expert Dr. John Flack Receives ACP Laureate Award

Hypertension expert John Flack, MD, MACP, is the recipient of the American College of Physicians Illinois Southern Chapter's highest honor: the Laureate Award. Flack, chair of the Department of Internal Medicine and director of the Hypertension Clinic at SIU Medicine, received the award on  Nov.
