Samantha Sullivan, PhD
Samantha DeHaan Sullivan, Ph.D., is a psychologist completing her post-doctoral fellowship with the division of Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics. She earned her doctorate in School Psychology at Illinois State University and completed her predoctoral internship at SIU Pediatrics and Springfield Public Schools. Previous to her graduate studies in school psychology, she earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from Illinois State University and provided individual counseling to youth at a community mental-health agency as part of her internship. At SIU Pediatrics, Dr. Sullivan conducts psychoeducational and developmental evaluations and provides consultation with parents, schools and other professionals. She is experienced in providing individual and group therapy to youth of all ages to address a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, executive functioning difficulties, disruptive behaviors, and social skills.
