This guide was developed for the Rural Opioid Prescriber Training Program with funding from the Illinois Department of Human Services. The training program targets opioid prescribers in the 66 counties in western, central, eastern, and southern Illinois and was developed under the direction of the principal investigator, Kari Wolf, MD and a statewide advisory council.
