Yoga to Beat the Blues

Feeling sluggish, stressed or down?
Invest in a four-week yoga class and learn tools to manage your mood and beat the blues! Yoga has been shown to effectively alleviate symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety.
Beginning Friday, April 20, the class will meet for Fridays, 4-5 pm, through May 11.
Classes include breathing exercises, gentle poses and guided meditations. Prior yoga experience is not needed. All levels of practitioners are welcome, including absolute beginners. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. Registration is required, and class size is limited.
The cost is $60 for the 4-week class, payable in cash or check. Please make checks out to SIU Medicine.
