Sidra Ilyas, MD

Dr. Sidra Ilyas is an assistant professor of clinical medicine and pediatrics at SIU School of Medicine, specializing in hospitalist and ambulatory medicine as well as pediatric primary and newborn care.

She received a medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed a combined internal medicine/ pediatric residency at the Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Ilyas is board certified in pediatrics and board-eligible for medicine. She has varied interests and is excited to work with patients of all ages and deal with the complexities involved in the transition of care.
