What is Webview and why should I enroll?

Webview is a patient portal that allows you to look at your medical chart (including labs, diagnosis and current medications) and electronically communicate with your provider's nurse on weekdays. Webview can be accessed electronically 24/7, when it is most convenient for you, without waiting on the phone or being left on hold. You can expect a response from your nurse within 48 hours on weekdays.

How to use Webview:

1. Login
   • Go to https://webview.emds.com/sifm/
   • Enter in your username and password
   • You will be required to change your password the first time you login.
2. Check Your Chart
   
3. Call our office at (618) 536-0242 or (618)-536-0284 if you have any questions.

Webview portal is NOT to be used for urgent or emergency situations. Patients suffering from life-threatening conditions should call 911 immediately or go to an emergency department.
