The SIU Center for Family Medicine in Decatur has updated its holiday schedule with reduced hours and closures:

  • Thursday, Nov. 22, Thanksgiving Day | Closed
  • Friday, Nov. 23 | Closed
  • Monday, Dec. 24, Christmas Eve | Closed
  • Tuesday, Dec. 25, Christmas Day | Closed
  • Wednesday, Dec. 26 | 8am-5pm (note: no extended hours. Phone hours: 8am-4:30pm)
  • Thursday, Dec. 27 | 8am-5pm
  • Friday, Dec. 28 | 8am-4:30pm
  • Monday, Dec. 31, New Year's Eve | Closed
  • Tuesday, Jan. 1, New Year's Day | Closed
  • Monday, Jan. 21, Martin Luther King Jr. Day | Closed
