About me
Macy Henson, DMSc, PA-C, received a Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science with a minor in chemistry and Spanish from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Southern Illinois University Physician Assistant Program, and a Doctor of Medical Science degree from SIU Carbondale. She practiced clinically for over four years in family medicine prior to joining the School of Medicine SIU PA program as a faculty member. Her responsibilities include serving as a PBL facilitator, mentoring first-year PA students, and assisting with various teaching activities.
