Louis Graham, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at SIU Medicine.  He is a physiatrist specializing in Neuro-Rehabilitation, Comprehensive Spine Care and Pain Medicine.  Dr. Graham is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.  Dr. Graham received a B.A. in Arts & Letters Pre-Professional, Psychology from University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana.  He earned his medical degree at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine (2012) and completed an internship in internal medicine at SIU School of Medicine, Memorial Medical Center, and St. John’s Hospital (2013) in Springfield, Illinois.  He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Missouri in Columbia (2016).  He completed his fellowship training in pain medicine at the University of Wisconsin - Madison (2017).
