Eshan Samuel, MD, FAAP
Dr. Eshan Samel is an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics in the division of gastroenterology. He completed his MBBS at Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal Barkatullah University, Bhopal MP, India. He then went on to complete his pediatric Residency at West Virginia University, Charleston Area Medical Center, Charleston, West Virginia; and a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. He has research experience in the effect of modified dietary interventions in preventing progression of non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases; and social medial use in pediatric patients with the diagnosis of functional gastrointestinal disorder. He also has a bakground in quality improvement with projects in adolescent immunication rates; care for patients diagnosed with obesity; and documentation of classification of asthma in patients diagnosed with asthma.
