About me
Amanda Chahalis is a licensed clinical social worker with the Center for Healthy Aging and Wellness. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Amanda previously worked with children and adolescents in school settings for over a decade, providing counseling, case management, and coordination for students with special needs, before transitioning to her current role as a geriatric social worker. As the clinic's social worker, she uses evidence based clinical treatments and prioritizes interdisciplinary consultation in order to provide patient's with the best care possible.
