Andrea Perkins, DNP, FNP-BC

Andrea Perkins, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC is a nurse practitioner in the Department of Neurology and works in the Smith Alzheimer’s Center providing care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing, Sigma International Honor Society for nurses and is a former member of the Illinois State Board of Nursing.
