Why they chose SIU
I chose SIU because I wanted to train at a place that would provide the opportunity to become proficient in the operating room relatively early on in my training with a team-like atmosphere. Seeing the camraderie of the residents here and how they helped each other out, but also held each other accountable solidified my choice.
