SIU Medicine COVID-19 Testing Locations in November

SIU Medicine will continue regular COVID-19 testing for the Springfield community in November.

On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, the testing operation will continue to be hosted by Abundant Faith Christian Center located at 2525 Taylor Ave.

  • Mondays: 9 – 11 a.m. and 1 – 4 p.m.
  • Tuesdays: 9 – 11 a.m. and 1 – 4 p.m.
  • Thursdays: 9 – 11 a.m. and 1 – 4 p.m. (closed on Thanksgiving, Nov. 26)

On Fridays, the testing operation is hosted by other area congregations.

  • November 6, 9 am – noon at Iglesia Yo Se Que Mi Redentor Vive, 3201 S Douglas Ave.
  • November 13, 9 am – noon at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 908 S Martin Luther King Jr Dr.
  • November 20, 9 am – noon at Greater All Nations Tabernacle Church of God in Christ, 1000 S 19th St.

All SIU Medicine COVID-19 testing sites are closed on Wednesdays. In addition, they will be closed on Tuesday, November 3 for Election Day and November 26-27 for Thanksgiving.

Before getting tested, please wait at least four days from a possible exposure to get the most accurate test result. Quarantine at home until a result has been given. All minors (18 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
