Teaching Interests & Activities
- Assist Unit Directors in planning case content, schedule, clinical activities and sessions for year 2 Hematology, Immunology and Infection Unit
- Assist Unit Directors in planning case content, schedule, clinical activities and sessions for year 2 Cardiac, Renal and Respiratory Unit
- Teach clinical skills such as venipuncture, phlebotomy, urinary catheterization, wound care and nasogastric tube insertion to second year medical students
- Teach, observe and provide feedback regarding clinical skills such as physical assessment of documentation to second year medical students
- Score and provide feedback to students for history and physical write ups as well as SOAP and Clinic notes
- Facilitate student mentor clinic activities
- Assist faculty with authoring, administering and scoring clinical assessment cases and other performance-based assessments
- Problem-Based Learning Case Writer/Editor
