About me
Dr Eunice Torres is an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at SIU School of Medicine, specializing in neonatal-perinatal medicine. She completed her medical education at the University of Puerto Rico, and her pediatrics training at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
Dr Torres, served as a military pediatrician until honorably discharged from the US Army. She then completed a subspecialty in neonatal perinatal medicine at Washington University in Saint Louis .
Dr. Torres is passionate about education, health equity and common health problems that affect the most vulnerable population of infants. Dr. Torres is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.
