About me
Gregory Davenport, DHSc, PA-C, has been a PA since 1993, working in emergency medicine in mostly underserved communities.
Since 2010, he has worked full time in PA education and has developed three PA programs through accreditation. In addition to his adjunct role at Southern Illinois University, Dr. Davenport works full time for the University of Lynchburg’s DMSc program. Dr. Davenport served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1982 - 1991.
Davenport is a certified PA via the University of Washington. He earned his bachelor degree from Thomas Edison State College, master degree from the University of Nebraska, and a doctoral degree, in health science, from AT Still University.
