Jessica received her Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. She aims to provide support and validation to all clients and is LGBTQ+ affirming. She has experience working with individuals and support systems navigating chronic illness and the challenges that come with end of life. She has also worked with teens and adults coping with anxiety, depression and grief.
Jessica is trained in mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, a strengths-based approach and bereavement support.
