    About me

    Dr. Lamya Mubayed is an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics in the division of cardiology. She earned her pre-medicine certificate of completion and her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medicine in Qatar. She then went on to do a residency in general pediatrics at the University of South Alabama Children's and Women's Hospital and a fellowship in pediatric cardiology and an advanced fellowship in pediatric non-invasive imaging at Rush University Medical Center. She has published regarding cardiology and minor head trauma in pediatric patients, and acute pediatric colchicine toxicity.
