Moosa Kamran, MD

Dr. Moosa Kamran was born in Indiana and raised in Carbondale, Illinois. He attended SIU Carbondale for undergrad and SIU School of Medicine for medical school. 

He chose radiology because of the technologically-oriented nature of the field, the broad knowledge it encompasses, and his passion for anatomy. 

Dr. Kamran's parents and teenage brother still live in Carbondale and he visits them often. He also has a sister who teaches English in South America. 

Some of Dr. Kamran's hobbies and interests include, playing abhorrent amounts of video games, spending time with his Little Brother who he's been partnered with via Big Brothers Big Sisters of America since 2015.
