SIU Radiology faculty win awards for commitment to higher education

Congratulations to our SIU Radiology faculty who won awards for their outstanding commitment to higher education. The following faculty were nominated by our residents for their leadership, engagement, and commitment to education and training:

Teacher of the Year: Brittany Varney, MD. This award recognizes the faculty for outstanding teaching contributions and the commitment to higher education. 

Academic Excellence: Jamie Rinehart, PA and Kevin Coakley, MD. This award is given to the faculty who demonstrates the ability to perform, achieve, and/or excel in scholastic activities and their commitment to resident education.
