Rikeesha Phelon

As Associate Provost of Strategy, Communications and Engagement, Phelon provides executive leadership and counsel to senior leaders of SIU School of Medicine and the clinical practice. In this role and as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for SIU Medicine, she is responsible for marketing and communications strategy, brand experience, government and community relations, external partnerships, strategy execution and project management.
