Shandera Granger, FNP-BC, began her career as a nurse practitioner in the specialty of Neurology. She is committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care with a focus on the evaluation and management of migraines and headache disorders, movement disorders and hospital-based stroke follow-up care. Ms. Granger maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the American Nurses Association, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Academy of Neurology, the National Headache Association and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, reflecting her ongoing dedication to professional development and clinical excellence.
