Email communication between patients and our physicians and staff is not a standard practice, so should not be used. Specific clinical inquiries sent via email will not be answered, unless prior arrangements have been made; those communications should only be of a non-emergency nature.

Updates & Corrections
Directory information is based on official School of Medicine information received from Human Resources (name, phone number, department, location, mail code) and Information Technology (e-mail). Changes to the entries should be reported to Human Resources and Information Technology to ensure that all records are accurate. Errors should be submitted to jiffy_updates@siumed.edu.
