Congratulations to the winners of the SIU Graduate Medical Education Resident and Fellow Quality Improvement Poster Competition on April 30.
 
First place – Dr. Annalise Almdale, OB/GYN, “Compliance with Gestational Diabetes Testing During Pregnancy and the Post Partum Period - Post Implementation Analysis”
 
Second place – Dr. Kiddy Ume, Neurology, “Provider (resident) initiated telephone reminders in the neurology resident continuity clinic setting”
 
Third place – Dr. Najwa Pervin, Infectious Disease, “Reduction of length of inpatient stay with home infusion referral for Intravenous antibiotics”
