SIU Medicine’s Pelvic Wellness Center and Dr. Samuel Grampsas have earned distinction as an InterStim™ Center of Excellence by Medtronic, the world’s largest medical device manufacturer.

The newly renovated atrium in the medical school’s 825 N. Rutledge building offers a welcoming area for students, faculty and staff to meet and interact. SIU alumni Drs. Kathy Bohn, ‘83, and Tom Nielsen, ‘81, made a generous gift to the medical school to refresh the space.
