Check-in will begin at 7:30 a.m. Originally known as the annual American Medical Association 5k, the event was renamed in honor of Dr. Junaia P. Carter, a member of the Class of 2010. Exercise rooms Exercise rooms are available for residents and fellows at both hospitals. The Springfield Memorial exercise room is located on the 8th floor. The HSHS St. John's exercise room is located on the 12th floor. Trainees are also permitted to utilize the HSHS/Prairie Heart Institute’s Cardiac Rehab exercise room during hours when patients are not utilizing the facility. Residents/Fellows interested in utilizing the facility must attend an initial 5-10 minutes orientation at the facility.
