COVID-19 VACCINES ARE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS. To help support vaccination in our community, the SIU Center for Family Medicine and General Internal Medicine departments are working together to provide COVID-19 vaccine clinics for the following individuals: CHILDREN, 6 MONTHS – 4 YEARS OLD We will offer the Pfizer series, this is a three dose series. When you schedule the first dose, we will also schedule the rest of the doses. February 18th | 8 AM - 12PM (Dose 1 ) March 18th | 8 AM - 12PM (Dose 2 ) May 20th | 8 AM - 12PM (Dose 3 ) ADULTS, 18 & OLDER We will provide Moderna
