Mission To provide comprehensive, patient-centered compassionate addiction care to the people of Central and Southern Illinois, through education, service, research, and community partnership. Program Goals Combine clinical experience and didactics to facilitate the fellow’s development of skills and knowledge in accordance with the ACGME competency-based objectives and milestones. Overall aims include: Understand the ethical basis of addiction medicine practice. Enhance skills in critical thinking and apply them to clinical practice.
