Irfon Bhatti, MD

Infron Bhatti, MD was born and raised in Iowa. His undergraduate and medical school education were at the University of Iowa. Where he majored in mathematics. 

Dr. Bhatti is currently living with his beautiful wife in Springfield. In their free time, we enjoy traveling and spending time with family. Dr. Bhatti also plays basketball and enjoys working out.

He chose radiology because diagnostics appealed to his interest in problem-solving that he honed as a math major. Another reason, is that it is more entrenched in the basic sciences than other specialties.

Dr. Bhatti particularly enjoy the breadth of the field and thinks it is exciting that radiologists deal with pathology from virtually every branch of medicine. The cherry on top in his decision was that the radiology department is home to the coolest people in the hospital.
