Endometriosis and the Microbiome

PURPOSE: Endometriosis is an inflammatory disorder in which the tissue that lines the inside of the uterus (the endometrium) spreads to the pelvic and peritoneal cavities outside of the uterus. This is a biological sample collection study examining how bacteria located within the vagina, the urogenital tract and the gastrointestinal tract may affect the development of endometriosis. Investigators are also exploring how an individual’s microbiome affects their estrogen metabolism and inflammation.

HyPhen: Hypertension Phenotype Study

This is a local research study to relate heart health and various components found in your body (body fat, sodium, etc.) to high blood pressure during pregnancy, and those with apparently normal blood pressure.

Eligible participants include those with high blood pressure, those receiving treatment for their high blood pressure, women who had high blood pressure during pregnancy, and those with apparently normal blood pressure.

ImpactTD Registry: A prospective multicenter study to characterize the natural history of tardive dyskinesia (TD) and investigate the real-world effectiveness of deutetrabenazine on the multidimensional impact of TD

TV50717-CNS-40223: The purpose of this study is to get a better understanding of the disease course of tardive dyskinesia and the impact it has on individuals’ lives. In subjects who may begin on deutetrabenazine (AUSTEDO®) treatment during the study, it will also help investigate the real-world effectiveness of this treatment, particularly on a person’s quality of life.
