Culinary Medicine
Culinary Medicine
Did you know that most medical students only receive 10 to 20 hours of nutrition education?
Culinary Medicine teaches nutrition at the point of cooking and eating food. In short: Culinary Medicine is delicious learning.
You will experience a unique blend of culinary art with evidence-based nutritional principles. Once you've completed your two-week course, you will walk away with the self-efficacy for personal dietary wellness, and by extension, the wellness for your community and those you serve.
