The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is training the next generation of clinicians and researchers.
Residents spend 6 months rotating through the surgical services, with one month in general surgery, plastic surgery, pediatric surgery, anesthesia, neuro critical care, & neurosurgery. The second residency year emphasizes physical diagnosis, ambulatory medicine, and mastering basic surgical skills in otolaryngology. Residents rotate through audiology, speech pathology, and the vestibular clinic.
