Fellowship Training Structure The fellowship program offers a comprehensive, structured curriculum over three years. During the first year, fellows participate in both inpatient and outpatient rotations, with time divided between the two settings. They also establish and maintain a continuity clinic, allowing them to manage a dedicated panel of patients throughout their training. In the second year, fellows engage in focused subspecialty rotations, including Gynecologic Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Hematopathology, Blood Bank, Palliative Care, Pharmacy, and additional outpatient service.
